328i Malaysia Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to the Rights and Responsibilities of Our Platform Members

1 Definitions & Scope of Terms

In this Terms & Conditions document, "328i", "we", "the platform", or "the company" refers to the operating entity that manages the online gambling platform at 328i.my. "Player", "member", "user", or "you" refers to any individual who registers, logs in to, or uses 328i's services in any capacity.

2 Membership Eligibility

10 Account Restrictions & Termination

328i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice in the event of a serious breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any action that threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

In cases of termination resulting from a player's breach of terms, 328i reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the completion of an investigation. If a breach is established, 328i reserves the right to forfeit the balance. If no breach is established, the balance will be returned to the player via an appropriate payment method.

Members also have the right to close their 328i account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 2–3 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned once all wagering requirements have been met and identity verification has been completed.

11 328i's Limitation of Liability
